Motivation is the driving force behind any goal-oriented activity. It is the desire that compels a person to action. People are motivated by different things. It is important to understand what motivates a person in order to know how to best motivate them. What motivates you???? . . . Intrinsic motivation is internal, meaning that one does something because they enjoy it or find it interesting.
